A few weeks ago we had dinner with our favorite foodies, Christey and Pete of FotoCuisine.com. The deal was that they would make dinner – a seafood stuffed ravioli – while Jon and I took care of appetizers and dessert. We chose two dishes that super tasty, but also super easy!
My sister Melissa, an Orlando resident, knew that the Korean BBQ Taco Box was a big hit around town and the presence of two trucks seemed to speak to their popularity. They were the longest wait, from ordering to eating, but when Jon opened the black boxes I could see why.
My previous experience with food trucks included grabbing a bagel from a cart on the streets of NYC or a wrapped sandwich out of the back of a lunch truck. Saturday’s food truck bazaar was our first chance to try the good stuff.
